EV Charge Point Installation, in Bexley, Dartford & Sidcup
Trusted by 1,000s of customers across Kent and South East London.
EV chargers for homes and businesses
Charging an electric car at home is the cheapest and most convenient way to keep it ready to go. You plug in overnight and start the day with a full battery, with no need to plan journeys around public chargers.
A dedicated charge point is faster and safer than charging from a standard socket. We install EV charge points for homes and businesses across Bexley, Dartford, Sidcup and the surrounding areas, taking care of everything from checking your supply through to setting up the charger and notifying your electricity network operator.
Commercial & Business work
More and more businesses are adding EV charging, for staff, fleet vehicles and customers. We install charging for businesses across the area, from a single charge point to several.
We work with:
Offices and business premises
Shops and retail units
Pubs, cafes and restaurants
Fleets and company car parks
Landlords and managed properties
Where you need more than one charger, we can look at how to share the available power across them so your supply copes, and talk through options for tracking usage. Everything is installed to current standards and certified.

FAQs
Do I need off-street parking?
Yes. A charge point needs to go where you can park and reach it safely, such as a driveway or garage. A cable cannot run across a public pavement.
Which charger should I choose?
It depends on your car, your parking and how you like to charge. We will talk you through the popular smart chargers and help you choose, with no hard sell.
What is the difference between tethered and untethered?
A tethered charger has the cable permanently attached, so it is always ready to plug in. An untethered one has a socket you plug your own cable into, which keeps it tidier and lets you change the cable later. We will help you decide which suits you.
Will my fuse board cope with a charger?
Often, yes. Sometimes a small upgrade or a way of sharing the available power is needed, and we check this during the survey, before you commit to anything.
Are there any grants available?
Grants for home charging change from time to time and depend on your circumstances, for example for people in flats or rented homes. We will let you know what is available at the time, and it is always worth checking the latest scheme.
